|How to Get to Jiufen

To reach the mountain-sea blended Jiufen Old Street, we recommend using public transport. The easiest way is via the “Taiwan Tourist Shuttle 965 Jiufen-Jinguashi Line.” No matter where you start, you can transfer onto this route and get straight to Jiufen and Jinguashi.

You can board the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle 965 Jiufen-Jinguashi Line bus directly from Banqiao, Ximen, or Taipei Main Station, and ride straight to Jiufen Old Street and the Jinguashi Gold Museum without transfers—this is the most convenient option.Take a local, Chu-Kuang, or Tze-Chiang train to Ruifang Station.
After exiting, turn left and walk about 200 meters to the bus stop, then transfer to Taiwan Tourist Shuttle 965 Jiufen-Jinguashi Line to reach Jiufen Old Street or Jinguashi area.
Take High Speed Rail to **Taipei HSR Station** (in Taipei). After arriving, transfer toTaiwan Tourist Shuttle 965 Jiufen-Jinguashi Line bus to go directly up to Jiufen, without needing multiple transfers.If you choose to drive, it’s recommended to park in Ruifang city and then transfer toTaiwan Tourist Shuttle 965 Jiufen-Jinguashi Line to go up the mountain. This helps avoid traffic congestion and parking difficulties:
